At Blackbird Fabrics, we want you to love your materials, but we understand that sometimes things aren't the right fit. We offer returns on uncut, unwashed fabric and notions within 30 days of delivery for store credit or a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all fabric is in its original, uncut, and unwashed condition, then securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
